Tenant isolation
Every data operation is scoped to your account. Per-query isolation means no other customer can ever read your reconciliations.
Least-privilege access
Administrators cannot view your reconciliation contents. Access is granted on a strict need-to-know basis and logged.
Immutable audit trail
Every action is recorded with who did it and when, producing defensible, tamper-evident audit evidence.
Segregation of duties
Preparers cannot approve their own work. Maker-checker sign-off is enforced by the platform, not left to policy.
Secure processing
Parameterized queries, input validation, and hardened infrastructure guard your data throughout the reconciliation process.

Files are transmitted over encrypted connections and validated on arrival. Nothing is processed in the clear.
